Follow the simple steps below for your device.
Smart TV (Samsung / LG)
Open App Store
Go to your TV's App Store (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store).
Install App
Search for "HOT IPTV". Download and install the app.
Send Photo
Open the app. Take a clear photo of your TV screen (showing the MAC/ID) and send it to us via WhatsApp.
Amazon Firestick
Get "Downloader"
Go to the Amazon App Store on your Firestick, search for "Downloader", and install it.
Enter Code
Open Downloader and enter this code in the URL box: 395800
This will automatically download and install Hot Player.
Send Photo
Open Hot Player. Take a photo of the screen showing your ID/Key and send it to us on WhatsApp.
Android Box & Phone
Open Play Store
Open Google Play Store on your device.
Install App
Search for "HOT PLAYER" or use this link: Download Hot Player
Send Screenshot
Open the app. Take a screenshot or photo of the screen (showing MAC/APP ID) and send it to us.
iPhone (iOS) & Macbook
App Store
Go to the Apple App Store on your device.
Install App
Install "Hot Player" directly from this link: App Store Link
Send Screenshot
Open the app and send us a screenshot of the main screen with your ID.
PC (Windows)
Download
Download the app from the Microsoft Store here: Microsoft Store Link
Install & Open
Install the application and open it on your PC.
Send Photo
Take a clear photo or screenshot of the app screen and send it to us via WhatsApp.
MAG Box
Find MAC
Find your MAC Address (usually on a sticker at the bottom of the box, format: 00:1A:79:...).
Send to Support
Send us this MAC address via WhatsApp immediately.
Wait for Confirmation
Wait for our confirmation (approx. 5 mins) that we have registered your device.
Reboot
Once confirmed, simply restart (reboot) your device to start watching.
